These terms apply to every booking made at Perfect Paws Playground. By booking a session you agree to them.

Booking and payment

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes. A 30 minute slot gives you 25 minutes in the field with 5 minutes to exit; a 60 minute slot gives you 55 minutes with 5 minutes to exit. All sessions must be booked and paid for online in advance. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. The field is hired exclusively by you for the full duration of your slot.

Cancellations and refunds

Slots are non-refundable unless the field is unavailable for your booked session, in which case we will offer a full refund or a replacement slot. Late arrival does not extend your session.

General rules

• Please arrive for your allocated slot at the time booked.
• Please pick up any waste. Waste bags are available in the shed and a dog waste bin is on site.
• We'd love for you to enjoy the view, so why not have a picnic? Please take your rubbish home with you.
• Please ensure your dog is up to date with vaccinations and worming.
• Please do not bring poorly dogs to the field.
• Please enter the field and secure the gates behind you to prevent cross-overs or escapees.
• If there is an accidental cross-over, please leave your dog securely in the car until the previous dog is safely in theirs.
• Children are welcome, but please do not leave them unattended.
• Our field is on a working farm - please be respectful of other animals.
• Above all, have fun!

Liability

Our field is yours to use, and we do not accept liability for any injury to animals or people at any time. Please use it at your own risk. We do not accept liability for damage to personal belongings, including vehicles.
