• Booking details such as the date and time of your slot.
• Payment confirmations processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We use your information to process bookings, send confirmation emails, respond to enquiries and meet our legal obligations. We process booking data on the basis of the contract between us, and enquiries on the basis of legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except where required to run the service, such as Stripe for payments or our email provider for confirmations.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and enquiry emails until the matter is resolved.

Your rights
